Dressfav provides dress rentals to customers across the UK. All services offered through this website are intended for personal use only. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account.

Accounts and Accuracy

When opening an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and current details. This includes contact information and delivery address. You are responsible for keeping login details private and for activity carried out through your account.

Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Images are for reference, and minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Dressfav reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or details provided are incomplete.

Pricing and Payments

Prices shown on the website are listed in pounds sterling. Payment is accepted through Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Orders will be processed once confirmed, and payment is collected at the time of delivery. No additional payment methods are offered at this time.

Shipping and Delivery

Dressfav aims to deliver orders within seven days under normal conditions. Delivery times may vary due to location, public holidays, or factors outside our control. While we aim to meet stated timelines, delays may occur, and these do not automatically qualify for cancellation or return.

Use of Rented Items

Rented dresses must be used with reasonable respect and returned in the condition received, allowing for normal wear. Alterations, resale, or transfer to another person are not permitted. Any damage beyond standard wear may result in additional charges.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted up until fifteen days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned following the instructions shared after a return request is approved. Refunds are issued through direct bank transfer to the customer’s account. Processing begins within twenty-four hours after approval, after which timelines depend on banking providers.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, the order follows the return process outlined above.

Limitation of Liability

Dressfav is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the website or rented items. Liability is limited to the value of the rental order, as permitted by UK law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes fall under UK jurisdiction.
